The Information Technology Division is an innovative and strategic to comprise skilled application developers, infrastructure engineers, technical experts, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) specialists, and contractors who collaborate to deliver dedicated to advancing services, strengthening partnerships, and addressing the evolving challenges of the cybersecurity landscape. Guided by the City’s Strategic Technology Plan, the division focuses on delivering modern infrastructure, robust applications, and essential digital tools that enable a connected, efficient, and resilient 21st-century City. This dynamic team includes skilled application developers, infrastructure engineers, technical experts, Geographical Information Systems (GIS) specialists, and contractors who work collaboratively to provide reliable, secure, and innovative technology solutions that support the City’s mission and community.

The Process
The selection process will include an examination and conduct a background investigation prior to appointment which includes a Public Safety Polygraph exam. This recruitment may establish an eligibility list to fill future positions in similar and/or lower classifications within the organization.
