We are seeking a hands-on, service-oriented IT Support professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring our employees across all locations have reliable, efficient, and well-supported technology to do their jobs effectively.

As an IT Support team member at APR Supply Co., you will provide day-to-day technical support across the organization, helping maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
This is a highly hands-on role that spans end-user support, warehouse technology, network basics, and field support across branch locations.
You will play a key role in keeping our systems operational, supporting both office and warehouse environments, and ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide responsive technical support by monitoring and managing incoming requests across company communication channels
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PCs, servers, mobile devices, and various software applications
Configure, deploy, and support hardware including:
Support basic network infrastructure, including:
Assist with basic support and troubleshooting of the company’s ERP system
Travel to branch locations as needed to provide on-site support, assist with new branch setups, and ensure proper IT infrastructure deployment (overnight travel may be required)
Manage and maintain IT hardware inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels for deployment and replacement
Image, configure, deploy, and replace PCs and related equipment as needed
Create, update, and maintain clear IT documentation, including step-by-step guides and knowledge base articles
Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
Perform other duties as assigned to support business and IT operations
Associate’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent hands-on experience (minimum 2 years in IT support)
A+ Certification (required)
Strong working knowledge of:
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications and general business software
Familiarity with ERP systems (experience with Eclipse is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to support users patiently and effectively
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage tasks independently
Ability to follow through on assignments and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift and move IT equipment (computers, printers, network devices)
Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments
Ability to travel to branch locations as needed, including occasional overnight stays
May involve standing, walking, bending, and working with cabling or equipment installations
