Serve as the primary contact for technical support requests from beneficiaries and stakeholders, ensuring proper follow‑up, execution, and closure.
Provide users with guidance on operating IT devices such as printers and digital scanners.
Operate and support digital applications, databases, IT infrastructure, systems, networks, and information security across the Academy.
Monitor server and network performance to ensure continuous availability, stability, and security.
Create and configure new user accounts on systems and networks according to approved access permissions.
Repair or replace malfunctioning devices in line with established policies and procedures.
Implement data and information security measures, manage firewalls and security software, and respond to security incidents.
Prepare reports on system and application integration, identify improvement areas, and submit recommendations to the direct manager.
Gather input on IT infrastructure capabilities, collect business and application requirements, attend related meetings, and ensure accurate documentation of needs.
Collect necessary data during IT project execution, report arising issues, and escalate information security concerns to maintain the entity data integrity.
