Role: IT Support Specialist

Location: Manhattan, New York

Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 + Benefits

We’re supporting a global consultancy in hiring an IT Support Specialist to work onsite with a retail and eCommerce client in Manhattan.

This is a hands-on role embedded within a fast-paced, commercial environment, where IT plays a critical role in day-to-day operations. You’ll be supporting a mix of users and systems, with exposure across cloud, infrastructure and end-user technology.

It’s well suited to someone who enjoys being close to the business, taking ownership, and working across both support and project-based work.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day IT support across users and systems
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues
• Support Windows and macOS environments
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID (user access, permissions, security)
• Support networking infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls)
• Work with internal teams and vendors on escalations and improvements

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ experience in IT Support or Infrastructure roles
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software and networking
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID
• Exposure to Azure or other cloud platforms
• Experience in retail, eCommerce or fast-paced environments is a plus
• Comfortable in a hands-on, onsite role
