We are seeking a customer-focused
IT Support Specialist
to provide first-level technical support to end users across the organization. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and resolving technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day technical support to end users (in-person, phone, and electronic)

Troubleshoot hardware, software, and access-related issues

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests

Resolve issues independently when possible; escalate more complex issues as needed

Log and track all support requests in the help desk system

Support commonly used applications, systems, and devices

Assist with user account setup, changes, and access requests

Provide support for email, phones (desk and mobile), and office technology

Help onboard users with basic technology training and support

Follow and update standard help desk procedures
Qualifications

2–4 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support environment

Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and user access issues

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong customer service mindset and ability to work with non-technical users

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment

Experience with ticketing/help desk systems
Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to corporate IT environments and internal applications

Basic understanding of networking, systems, and end-user computing

Experience supporting phones (VoIP or mobile devices) is a plus
Education

High school diploma or GED required

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Work Environment

Fully onsite position in Grapevine, TX

May require extended hours based on business needs

Ability to sit for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs as needed
