Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Support Technician located in Gharo, Thatta District. The technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining desktop computers, offering printer support, and performing computer repairs. Daily tasks include addressing technical problems, ensuring smooth operation of IT equipment, and assisting employees with their IT needs.

Qualifications

• Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills
• Experience with Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Proficiency in Computer Repair amd networking
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Relevant certifications and a degree in IT or a related field are a plus
