Information Technology Support Technician

We are seeking a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team in Riyadh . Your responsibilities will include the installation of new systems, including networking setups, as well as diagnosing and resolving a variety of software and hardware issues. Your work will directly impact our clients ability to operate efficiently and effectively.

We value a proactive approach, and your role will involve not only addressing immediate technical concerns but also identifying opportunities to enhance and extend existing service agreements with clients.

Main Accountabilities:

• Collaborates with clients to identify problems and develop effective technical solutions.
• Responds to or escalate calls within given timeframes.
• Performs installation and maintenance of client systems e.g. PCs, (mobile phones).
• Develops and maintains client relationships, identifying opportunities to expand service agreements.
• Assists in development of test and repair processes.
• Liaises with help desks, support centers etc.
• Performs trouble shooting and problem resolution.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience field service representative or similar role
• Experience with managing and preserving technical equipment
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player with effective time-management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Accustomed to using mobile tools and applications
