We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Systems Analyst to support the technology infrastructure powering Metro Vein Centers' rapidly expanding network of clinics.
In this role, you'll serve as a key technical partner to our clinical teams, operations leaders, and corporate staff—ensuring systems remain secure, reliable, and optimized for performance. This position combines hands-on troubleshooting, systems administration, and infrastructure support with project ownership across new clinic launches and enterprise technology initiatives.
The ideal candidate is both technically capable and service-minded—someone who can resolve issues quickly, collaborate across departments, and help scale technology systems to support our continued growth.
This role may be remote or hybrid depending on location, with occasional travel required to support clinic openings and infrastructure needs.
- Provide advanced technical support to clinic teams, corporate staff, and leadership across hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Serve as a primary escalation point for IT service requests, troubleshooting complex technical issues affecting clinic operations
- Configure, deploy, and maintain workstations, laptops, clinical equipment, and office hardware
- Manage user provisioning, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems and SaaS platforms
- Support administration of core technology platforms including EMR systems, productivity tools, communication systems, and security platforms
- Monitor system health, endpoint security tools, and alerts to proactively identify and address potential risks
- Assist with security and compliance initiatives, including HIPAA requirements and internal IT policies
- Coordinate technology setup and deployment for new clinic openings, including networking, hardware, applications, and user accounts
- Partner with vendors, contractors, and managed service providers to resolve escalated technical issues
- Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, documentation, and licensing compliance
- Identify opportunities to improve IT processes, system performance, and user experience across the organization
- Support technology upgrades, integrations, and infrastructure initiatives as the organization continues to scale
- 4–6 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT analyst roles
- Experience supporting multi-site environments such as healthcare clinics, retail operations, or distributed organizations
- Strong working knowledge of Windows and macOS environments
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments
- Familiarity with endpoint management tools, security platforms, and SaaS application administration
- Understanding of networking fundamentals including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN connectivity
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in high-volume operational environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills when supporting both technical and non-technical users
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams across clinics and corporate departments
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in healthcare or other regulated environments (HIPAA)
- Experience supporting EMR platforms and healthcare technology systems
- Exposure to infrastructure projects, clinic launches, or multi-location IT deployments
- Experience working with managed IT service providers or vendor partners
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools, monitoring platforms, or device management systems
