Position Overview

As an IT Internship Plus Associate, you will work alongside experienced engineers to support businesses, resolve technical issues, implement technology solutions, and gain valuable experience across multiple technology disciplines.

You will become an integral part of our team while developing the technical, communication, and consulting skills necessary for long-term success in the IT industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues
  • Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Assist users with workstation, printer, and connectivity problems
  • Provide remote and onsite support to business clients
  • Document issues and resolutions within our ticketing system

Systems & Cloud Administration

  • Configure and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
  • Manage user accounts and permissions
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Support Active Directory and Azure environments
  • Perform maintenance, updates, and system monitoring

Cybersecurity Support

  • Assist with endpoint protection and security monitoring
  • Support multi-factor authentication deployments
  • Participate in cybersecurity best-practice initiatives
  • Help maintain compliance and security standards

Project Participation

  • Assist with technology rollouts and upgrades
  • Participate in cloud migration projects
  • Support network deployments and infrastructure improvements
  • Work alongside senior engineers on client projects

Qualifications/Education

Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, Technical School Certification, or equivalent experience in:

  • Information Technology
  • Computer Science
  • Cybersecurity
  • Information Systems
  • Network Administration
  • Related Technical Fields

Experience

Ideal candidates include:

  • Recent college graduates seeking professional IT experience
