Infrastructure & DevSecOps Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure & DevSecOps Lead to lead the design, implementation, and management of our infrastructure and DevSecOps practices.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the scalability, reliability, and security of our infrastructure while driving the adoption of DevSecOps principles across the engineering organization.

You will work closely with development, security, and operations teams to build secure and automated deployment pipelines that support our digital banking platform.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management

• Design and manage scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure environments.
• Oversee infrastructure provisioning and configuration across development and production environments.
• Ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, and availability.

DevSecOps Implementation

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines with integrated security practices.
• Automate infrastructure deployment using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
• Integrate security testing and compliance checks into the software development lifecycle.

Cloud & Platform Engineering

• Manage containerized environments and orchestration platforms.
• Optimize system performance and infrastructure costs.

Security & Compliance

• Ensure infrastructure and pipelines comply with security standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and vulnerability management practices.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor DevOps and infrastructure engineers.
• Promote best practices for DevSecOps, automation, and platform reliability.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 9 + years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Proven experience leading DevOps or infrastructure teams

Technical Skills

• CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or similar)
• Containerization technologies (Docker)
• Container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes)
• Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar)
• Linux systems administration
• Monitoring and logging tools

Security

• Experience integrating security practices into CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of application and infrastructure security best practices

Professional Skills

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience working in fintech, digital banking, or regulated industries
• Knowledge of DevSecOps frameworks and security automation
• Experience implementing high-availability production infrastructure
