Job Vacancy: Infrastructure Structural Engineer (UAE Experience Required)

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Structural Engineer with a strong construction background and a proven track record of 8+ years in the UAE. The selected candidate will oversee structural design, ensure compliance with UAE standards, and support ongoing infrastructure projects within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve structural designs, drawings, and engineering calculations.
• Evaluate project specifications and ensure compliance with UAE authority requirements.
• Conduct on-site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to structural standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, MEP teams, architects, and subcontractors.
• Perform structural analysis using professional engineering software.
• Identify site-related issues and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and project documentation as required.
• Support tendering processes with technical inputs when needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8+ years of structural engineering experience within the UAE.
• Strong background in construction, especially within infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, bridges, drainage, etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of structural codes (ACI, BS, Eurocodes, AASHTO).
• Proficiency in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, AutoCAD, Revit, and similar tools.
• Familiarity with UAE municipalities and authorities’ approval processes.
• Strong communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
