Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Infrastructure Engineer (MEP) to manage and oversee the design, coordination, installation, and maintenance of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems for infrastructure and building projects. The candidate will ensure all works are executed in compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, review, and coordinate MEP systems for infrastructure projects (roads, utilities, drainage, etc.)
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defense, etc.)
• Supervise site execution of MEP works and ensure quality standards are maintained
• Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other engineering disciplines
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose solutions
• Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems
• Manage subcontractors and ensure timely completion of works
• Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Ensure proper documentation, as-built drawings, and handover procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in MEP infrastructure projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems in infrastructure (utilities, pumping stations, lighting, drainage, etc.)
• Familiarity with UAE authority standards (DEWA, RTA, Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or road projects
• Knowledge of HVAC, firefighting, and ELV systems
• Project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
