Infrastructure Procurement Senior Specialist

The Procurement Senior Specialist Supervise the Procurement activities.

Department: Supply Chain - Infrastructure Procurement.

Responsible for :

• Supervise the acquisition of Materials & Services.
• Ensure that best practice is achieved, and technical specifications are appropriate for SAR needs.
• Support the Contract & tender Specialists.
• Ensure that technical specifications are in line with Business Planning objectives and operational needs.
• Liaise with Operational departments

Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial , mechanical .. etc) .
• Years of experience: Minimum 5 years.
• Preferred Construction & Technical Understanding.

Useful Certifications & Training:

• CIPS (Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply)
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
• NEC3/4 or FIDIC Contract Management Courses
