The Project Manager – Infrastructure is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering infrastructure projects within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while ensuring compliance with HSE, contractual, and statutory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, manage, and control infrastructure projects such as
roads, utilities, drainage, sewerage, water networks, bridges, and associated civil works
.

Lead project execution from
mobilization to final handover
.

Develop and monitor
project schedules, budgets, cash flow, and resource plans
.

Coordinate with
clients, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities
(RTA, DM, DEWA, NOC bodies, etc.).

Ensure compliance with
contract specifications, drawings, and quality standards
.

Monitor site progress and resolve technical, commercial, and construction issues.
-
Ensure
HSE compliance
and promote a strong safety culture on site.

Review and approve
method statements, shop drawings, and material submittals
.

Manage variations, claims, and change orders in coordination with the commercial team.
-
Conduct regular
progress meetings
and prepare weekly/monthly project reports.

Ensure timely testing, commissioning, and handover of completed works.
Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
(B.Tech / BE – mandatory).

10+ years
of experience in
infrastructure projects
in the UAE or GCC.
-
Proven experience as a
Project Manager
handling large-scale infrastructure works.
-
Strong knowledge of
FIDIC contracts
and UAE construction practices.

Experience dealing with
government authorities and NOC approvals
.
-
PMP certification is an advantage.
