Infrastructure QA/QC Engineer

Role Objective

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to develop and implement quality management systems for large-scale infrastructure projects. You will ensure that all site activities (Roads, Utilities, and Earthworks) comply with project specifications, international standards, and UAE authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Documentation: Prepare and manage ITP (Inspection & Test Plans), MAR (Material Approval Requests), and MST (Method Statements).
• Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of ongoing works to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Material Testing: Supervise third-party laboratory testing for soil, concrete, asphalt, and pipes.
• NCR Management: Issue and track Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), ensuring effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate with Consultants and Authorities (SEWA, Municipalities) for final site inspections and handovers.

Candidate Profile

• Education: B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: 5-7 years in Infrastructure Quality Control within the UAE.
• Certification: ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification is a significant advantage.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of AASHTO, ASTM, and local UAE authority specifications.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills and the ability to stand firm on quality standards under project pressure.
