Infrastructure Supervisor

ob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure / Road Supervisor with strong knowledge of road construction and maintenance projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with engineers and contractors.Key Responsibilities:Supervise daily road and infrastructure works on-siteEnsure compliance with Dubai Municipality and RTA standardsMonitor project progress and report to project managerCoordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and site teamsEnsure safety procedures are followed at all timesManage materials, manpower, and equipment efficientlyConduct site inspections and resolve technical issuesRequirements:Minimum 5+ years of experience in road/infrastructure projects in UAE (Dubai preferred)Strong knowledge of asphalt works, drainage, curbs, and road markingsFamiliarity with RTA and Dubai Municipality regulationsAbility to read drawings and manage site executionGood leadership and communication skillsDiploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)Salary: Competitive (based on experience)Benefits:Accommodation / Transport (if applicable)Medical insuranceAnnual leave as per UAE labor lawHow to Apply:Send your CV via Indeed or email: harsh.kuttiyil@ccecc.ae
