Job Title: Site Supervisor – Infrastructure (Civil)

We are looking for a competent and experienced Supervisor – Infrastructure to oversee and manage the execution of infrastructure development projects. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in road construction, culverts, drainage networks, utility services, and site development works.

Job Requirements

• Must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized technical institute.
• Should have a minimum of 10 years of experience with a reputable construction company, including at least 7 years of hands-on experience in infrastructure works such as roads, culverts, drainage systems, asphalt works, and related civil construction projects.
• Must be capable of effectively supervising and coordinating contractors, subcontractors, and petty contractors to ensure timely and quality execution of works.
• Should possess sound knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, material quality standards, and site safety requirements.
• Must be able to monitor site progress, manpower, equipment utilization, and work quality while ensuring compliance with project schedules.
• Should have strong communication and reporting skills and be capable of coordinating with engineers, consultants, and project management teams.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in large-scale infrastructure and road development projects.
