Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join a reputable government entity in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing enterprise infrastructure, digital platforms, security systems, and supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Infrastructure Management

• Design, deploy, and maintain Windows & Linux servers, virtualization platforms, storage systems, and enterprise networks.
• Ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability across IT infrastructure supporting digital services (including AI & RPA).
• Implement proactive monitoring, alerting, and reporting.

2. Microsoft 365 & Licensing Management

• Manage Microsoft 365 environments: licensing, updates, compliance.
• Oversee Exchange Online, mailbox administration, email signatures, and security policies.

3. Security & Authentication

• Implement and maintain enterprise email security, spam filtering, and anti-malware solutions.
• Manage authentication systems, MFA, password policies, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards.

4. Collaboration & File Synchronization

• Manage enterprise file-sharing platforms such as Syncplicity.
• Support users with access, synchronization, and troubleshooting.

5. Digital Transformation Enablement

• Participate in digital transformation projects ensuring infrastructure readiness and system integration.
• Support AI applications, RPA platforms, and enterprise digital portals.
• Maintain detailed documentation, procedures, and configuration records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Strong hands-on experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, virtualization, storage, and cloud services
• Proven expertise in Microsoft 365, licensing, and email systems
• Experience in AI, RPA, and digital portal environments is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of MFA, authentication systems, and identity management
• Good understanding of IT security frameworks, risk management, and compliance
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
