Infrastructure/pipe line Foreman

Job Description

Al Rabat Piling and Foundation Contracting Company is seeking an experienced Infrastructure/Pipeline Foreman to lead site operations and supervise pipeline installation projects. The ideal candidate must have solid UAE experience managing pipeline works in infrastructure or construction environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate pipeline installation, including excavation, laying, jointing, and testing.
• Lead and manage site workforce to ensure productivity, safety, and quality standards are met.
• Interpret pipeline drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Monitor daily progress and prepare site reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety policies, and company standards.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and materials to guarantee proper use and maintenance.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain workflow.
• Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.

Requirements

• Proven UAE experience as a foreman in infrastructure or pipeline projects.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline installation methods, safety procedures, and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project documentation.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit and able to work in challenging site conditions.
