We are expanding our in-house maintenance division and are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who want to grow with a company that values professionalism, teamwork, and integrity.

Position Overview

The In-House Crew Laborer works as part of a maintenance or install crew to ensure properties are serviced efficiently, safely, and to company standards. This role involves physical outdoor labor in all weather conditions and requires consistency, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with landscape maintenance tasks including:
• Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing
• Shrub pruning, bed maintenance, weeding
• Leaf removal, debris cleanup, hauling
• Basic irrigation checks (training provided)
• Support install and enhancement projects as needed:
• Mulch installation
• Planting, tree staking, plant removal
• Dirt/rock moving, cleanup, prep work
• Operate company equipment safely and responsibly
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Follow direction from Crew Lead and Account Manager
• Represent Eternal Eden professionally on every property

Requirements

• Prior landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to/from our shop
• Strong work ethic, good communication, and willingness to learn
• Must be punctual and dependable
• Must be able to work outdoors in heat, cold, and rain
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday
• Occasional Fridays & Saturdays during peak seasons
• Consistent start times and reliable weekly hours
