Experience Required: Minimum 6 years in injection molding machine and mold maintenance

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Injection Machine & Mold Maintenance Technician to join our disposable products manufacturing facility in Umm Al Quwain. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with injection molding machines, mold repair, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance on injection molding machines
• Maintain molds, tools, and related equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues
• Ensure machines are running efficiently and within production requirements
• Maintain proper documentation and maintenance records
• Follow safety and quality standards at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in injection molding machine & mold maintenance
• Strong technical knowledge of machine operations and repair
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Immediate availability preferred
