Injection Molding Process Technician

We are a plastic injection molding company located in Lake Forest, IL, seeking a skilled Injection Molding Process Technician to join our team.

Shift Availability:

• 1st Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3PM - 11 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up new injection molding processes.
• Document processes accurately.
• Troubleshoot machines and molds, including Cincinnati Milacron, Demag, and Toshiba, ranging from 80 to 1760 tons.
• Supervise a team of 10-15 machine operators.
• Ensure compliance with safety gear requirements as per company policy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of injection molding experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week with overtime available.
• Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
• Work location: One site.

• Monday to Friday, mandatory OT on weekends
