Injection Molding Technician

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate and manage injection molding machines, ensuring they are set up correctly and running efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection machines and molds.
• Conduct mold changes, set ups, and adjustments based on production requirements.
• Ensure the quality of products by monitoring and adjusting machine parameters as needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of spare parts and materials to ensure timely availability.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at all times.
• Work closely with production teams to meet production schedules and resolve any technical issues.
• Record and report machine performance data, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered during operations.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Experience with different types of injection molding machines and molds.
• Proficiency in using computer controlled equipment.
• Previous experience in a supervisory or lead technician role is a plus.
• Proficiency in English; basic Arabic is a plus.
