Injection Moulding – Mould Maintenance Technician

Position Name :- Mould Maintenance Technician [Injection Moulding]

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on injection moulds based on defined schedules.
• Must be good knowledge about fully hot runner cap and closers mold upto 96 cavity

Must be good knowledge about fully hot runner cap and closers mold upto 96 cavity

• Troubleshoot and repair mould issues, such as wear, damage, misalignment, or cooling problems.
• Disassemble, clean, polish, and reassemble mould components to restore functionality.
• Inspect mould components (core, cavity, ejector pins, sliders, etc.) for signs of damage or wear and take corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation of repairs, part replacements, and work completed.
• Work closely with production and tool room teams during mould trials and changeovers.

QUALIFICATION: - ITI – Tool & Die Maker or ITI - Fitter

Experience :- 2 to 5 Years
