Our is a medical spa that focuses on Injection and Medical Spa. Patients are assessed by our expert clinicians that identify effective care plans with a functional medicine approach. Our clinicians take a deep dive into patient’s health through extensive bloodwork, saliva, urine or fecal matter testing. Candidates will have the opportunity to work with our clinicians and learn protocols that have been put in place to better our patient’s health. Candidates will attend a certification course in bioidentical hormone replacement. As part of the normal aging process our body's hormonal function slowly declines. Restoring hormonal function naturally using HRT procedures is a safe and effective way to reverse aging.

Our luxurious, age-management practice is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner in functional medicine. Experience in cosmetic injections of Botox and Fillers is a plus. A great fit would be someone with formal training and experience in functional medicine that loves the industry. Candidate must have leadership ability, outstanding customer services, sales and marketing skills, and the knowledge to educate and give guidance to clients about skin care and products. This is a rewarding position for a motivated and experienced individual.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Have an excellent standard of practice and maintains clinical protocols

· Perform skin analysis and evaluation on clients

· Develop a specific treatment plan for clients and ongoing follow-up

· Educate patients on products to optimize their treatment outcomes.

· Ensure patient's safety while maintaining realistic treatment goals

· Assist with scheduling of patients' treatments

· Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments, including equipment sterilization

· Attend team meetings, promotional events, and seminars

· Develop an appropriate treatment plan based on the client consultations

· Ensure safety of clients at all times when performing treatments

· Professional appearance

· Administering injectable treatments for facial wrinkles and volumizing using dermal fillers such as Restylane, Juvederm, Voluma, Botox, and other well-known products

· Accurate charting and clinical documentation of each client

· Recommends various treatments, skin regimens based on client consultations

Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years aesthetic experience preferred

· Med Spa, Physician Office, Dermatology or Plastic Surgeon industry experience is required

· Experience with private label skincare is a plus

· Experience with hormone replacement therapy and IV hydration therapy.

· Experience with EMR software a plus

· Current NJ State License

· Must be a Nurse Practitioner

· Proven sales experience

· Must be a self-starter and a team player

· Knowledgeable of various Med Spa services and skin care

· Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & services

SUMMARY: This job requires connecting with people quickly in an outgoing, friendly manner. The use of persuasive communication skills to gain the interest and involvement of others in the work process is an important aspect of the job. The motivation for this position comes from a strong sense of duty and a feeling of responsibility for completing work both timely and correctly. Decision making will be done with the ideas and advice of others, but always carefully and cautiously within the guidelines of established company policy. Sharing ideas with others and the ability to train, teach and motivate a team are strong aspects of this position

Pay: From $75.00 per hour
