Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team as an Aesthetic Injector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aesthetic medicine with proven experience administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, regenerative injectables, and advanced aesthetic procedures.

This position will begin as one day per week (Saturdays only) and is expected to grow into additional days as patient volume expands. This is an excellent opportunity for an injector looking to build their patient base within an established, well-marketed spa environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive consultations to assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans
• Administer neurotoxins including Botox®, Dysport®, Xeomin®, and Letybo®
• Perform dermal filler treatments (Juvederm®, Restylane®, and similar products)
• Administer PDO Threads for lifting and collagen stimulation
• Perform PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments for face, hair restoration, and regenerative applications
• Administer Sculptra® for collagen stimulation and facial volumization
• Provide wellness injections (B12, MIC, NAD+, vitamin blends, and other wellness shots)
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate and detailed client medical records
• Follow all Florida state regulations and medical protocols
• Collaborate with the Medical Director and spa team
• Promote complementary services to enhance overall client outcomes
• Stay up to date on emerging aesthetic trends and techniques

Qualifications

Licensure:

• Active and unrestricted Florida NP or PA license

Experience:

• 6–10+ years of aesthetic injection experience
• Strong experience with neurotoxins, dermal fillers, PDO threads, PRP, and Sculptra

Skills:

• Excellent aesthetic eye and facial assessment ability
• Strong consultation and communication skills
• Confidence working independently
• Commitment to safety and client satisfaction
• Ability to build and retain patient relationships

Preferred (Not Required)

• Experience in regenerative medicine
• Background in wellness-based aesthetic practices
• Experience in medical spa or dermatology setting
• Existing patient following

Schedule

• Starting: Saturdays only (1 day per week)
