Innovation Commercialization Manager

About the Role
EyePromise is building a modern growth engine—focused on scaling what works while launching new products, bundles, and digital-first offerings with speed and precision.
The Manager, Innovation Commercialization is responsible for ensuring all innovation—across core products and new digital-first concepts—is commercially ready, aligned across teams, and executed cleanly in market.
This role reports into the Head of Portfolio, Innovation & Digital-First Consumer Brands, who defines what to build. You ensure it is translated into clear, executable plans and delivered flawlessly across channels.
You do not execute within platforms - you ensure execution happens correctly, consistently, and without gaps.

Responsibilities
Commercialization Planning & Readiness
  • Translate innovation concepts (products, bundles, offers, new brands) into innovations with clear commercialization plans for channel teams
  • Define:
    • What needs to be built
    • How it should show up across channels
    • What each team needs to execute
  • Ensure all inputs are aligned before execution begins

Cross-Channel Readiness
  • Ensure all innovation is fully executable across:
    • DTC (dComm)
    • Amazon
    • ECP / Sales channels
  • Align requirements across teams, including:
    • Pricing and offer structure
    • Bundle logic and positioning
    • Content and asset needs
  • Identify and resolve gaps before launch

Execution Coordination
  • Work across:
    • dComm / Growth teams (site + campaigns)
    • CX & CLV (lifecycle and subscription readiness)
    • Creator & Medical Credibility (marketing, content and proof)
    • Sales/ECP teams (field readiness)
  • Ensure all teams are aligned on:
    • What is launching
    • How it should be executed
    • Timing and dependencies

Launch Management
  • Own launch timelines and milestones
  • Ensure launches happen:
    • On time
    • With full alignment
    • Without execution gaps
  • Act as the central point of coordination during launch windows

Post-Launch Performance & Issue Resolution
  • Monitor early signals post-launch (conversion, attach, execution issues)
  • Identify and escalate issues quickly (e.g., pricing misalignment, broken flows, unclear messaging)
  • Coordinate fixes across teams to stabilize performance

Build Commercialization Discipline
  • Establish and improve processes for:
    • Launch readiness
    • Cross-functional alignment
    • Execution tracking
  • Drive consistency and repeatability across all innovation launches

  • Launches are executed cleanly, consistently, and without surprises
  • Strong alignment across all teams before and during launch
  • Minimal post-launch issues or rework
  • Faster time from concept in-market execution
  • High confidence that innovation will land and scale

This Role Is
  • A commercialization operator ensuring execution quality
  • The connector between strategy and channel execution
  • Focused on alignment, readiness, and delivery
  • Accountable for ensuring ideas become real, working launches
Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in commercialization, go-to-market, product marketing, or cross-functional execution roles
  • Experience launching products, bundles, or campaigns across multiple channels
  • Strong ability to coordinate across teams and manage dependencies
  • Detail-oriented with strong execution discipline
  • Ability to identify risks early and drive resolution
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Preferred
  • Familiar with DTC, Amazon, or omnichannel businesses
  • Experience in consumer health, supplements, or regulated categories
  • Familiarity with lifecycle, subscription, or bundle-based models
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across growth, sales, and marketing
