Innovation & Partnership Manager

At Innovation Consulting Group (ICG), we build high-performance organizations and scalable growth ecosystems. As we expand our innovation and venture enablement portfolio, we are looking for a dynamic Innovation & Partnership Manager to help us bridge technology, startups, and enterprise transformation.

If you come from a tech background, have worked closely with startups, and understand both product development and acceleration, this role is for you.

Role Overview

The Innovation & Partnership Manager will drive strategic collaboration across startups, technology providers, and ecosystem partners.

You will play a key role in:

• Building startup pipelines
• Structuring white-label partnerships
• Supporting venture growth from research to execution
• Translating innovation into scalable business impact

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 3–5 years (maximum 7 years)

Background: Tech, startup ecosystem, product innovation

You should have experience in:

• Working with tech startups or venture studios
• Product development & go-to-market acceleration
• White-labeling technology solutions
• Partner sourcing & ecosystem building
• Innovation research → commercialization → execution
• Cross-functional coordination (tech, business, operations)

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of startup lifecycle
• Experience in product-market fit validation
• Exposure to digital products, SaaS, or tech-enabled solutions
• Ability to evaluate technology from both technical and commercial lenses
• Comfortable working between research, strategy, and execution
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
