- Minimum rate is $28.32 for LPN
- $3000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE)
- Minimum rate is $35.87 for RN
- $4000 employment bonus for FT (pro-rated by FTE)

What You’ll Do as a Nurse
Primary responsibilities as a nurse will include:
- Assessing clients upon admission.
- Collecting data regarding a client’s mental and physical health status
- Providing health education, somatic therapies, medication and crisis intervention
- Reporting adverse drug reactions to physician and pharmacist
- Managing and securely storing medications and samples
- Documenting all necessary information in patient charts
- 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts.
- Assist direct care staff when needed.
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum hiring requirements for the nurse position:
- Current Indiana RN or LPN license
- Two years of post-degree psychiatric experience in a similar position preferred
