Inpharmus NextGen Associate – Operations

Role Purpose

The Inpharmus NextGen Associate – Operations role is a new-generation position designed to strengthen the company’s financial discipline while also contributing to operational transformation.

This role sits at the intersection of finance , project management , and process design , supporting transformation initiatives across Inpharmus’ support functions and providing analytical and operational input to senior management decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Tracking and Analysis

• Support the preparation, tracking, and revision of operational and functional budgets 

• Analyze monthly expenses, costs, and cash flow data; identify variances and provide insights on root causes 

• Work closely with Finance teams to prepare financial reports, management summaries, and decision-support materials 

• Track the financial impact of procurement, outsourcing, and operational expenditures 

• Conduct efficiency, cost optimization, and resource utilization analyses 

Transformation & Process Design

• Analyze end-to-end operational and support function processes across the organization 

• Identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and inefficiencies in existing processes 

• Contribute to process simplification, standardization, and improvement initiatives 

• Actively support the design of new operating models, process flows, and operational standards 

• Prepare process documentation, workflows, and role & responsibility definitions 

• Support change management and implementation tracking within transformation projects 

Project Management and Coordination

• Support planning, timeline creation, and execution tracking of finance- and transformation-related projects 

• Coordinate across project stakeholders and ensure transparent progress tracking 

• Monitor action items, risks, and dependencies 

• Ensure project outputs are implemented effectively and on time 

Reporting and Executive Support

• Combine financial and operational data to prepare management reports, presentations, and analyses 

• Support the definition and tracking of KPIs, performance indicators, and transformation metrics 

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields 

• Preferably 0–3 years of experience in finance, operations, transformation, project management, or process improvement 

• Solid understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, and cost tracking 

• Strong process analysis, problem-solving, and structuring skills 

• Disciplined, detail-oriented, and execution-focused 

• Able to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously 

• High ownership mindset with strong initiative 

• Strong communication and coordination skills 

• Fluent in English
