Job Summary

Full-Time | Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus Location: Rochester, New York

We are hiring immediately for a Inside Claims Adjuster. To be considered for this position you must have a minimum of 5 years of prior experience in role. Property and Casualty license is required, no exceptions!

Position Overview:

You will be the primary point of contact for insureds during claims. - Coordinate with carrier adjusters - Review estimates and settlement documents - Help prevent claim-related client attrition - Protect the agency from E&O exposure - Maintain strict documentation standards You will guide clients through stressful situations and ensure they understand each step of the process.

Key Responsibilities - Take First Notice of Loss (FNOL) - Review policy coverage before claim submission - File claims through carrier portals - Coordinate inspections and follow-ups - Review property and auto estimates - Explain ACV vs RCV settlements - Track Loss of Use (ALE) - Identify red flags (coverage issues, litigation risk, NYDFS complaint risk) - Maintain detailed CRM documentation - Provide weekly status updates on open claims

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
