Inbound and Pre-Qualified Medicare Leads l W-2 Base Pay + Commission l High Earning Potential
As a Medicare Sales Representative at Octave Insurance Agency, you will work with a mix of inbound and outbound prospects to guide them through plan selection and enrollment. You will be responsible for conducting a thorough needs analysis, educating clients on their options and recommending the most suitable Medicare Supplement plan based on their individual needs.
This is a high volume, performance driven sales role where you will be handling direct inbound calls and follow up with pre-qualified prospects who have requested Medicare Supplement information and pricing. Using our proven sales system, you will assist clients who are either new to Medicare or exploring better coverage options, ensuring they fully understand their benefits and feel confident in their decisions.
Success in this role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to build trust and rapport quickly with clients.
