About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Head of Inside Operations to lead and streamline the daily functions of our Project Management, Estimating, and Front Office teams. This person will play a key role in removing bottlenecks, improving communication between departments, and ensuring smooth delivery of every customer project from start to finish.

You’ll be the go-to problem solver for escalations, customer complaints, and operational challenges, keeping projects moving, customers happy, and the team aligned.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee Project Management, Estimating, and Front Office operations to ensure efficiency and accountability.
  • Identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks, proactively improving processes across departments.
  • Handle customer escalations and complaints with professionalism and empathy, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and communication to maintain high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with department leads to improve systems, documentation, and coordination between teams.
  • Train and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.
  • Track and report key operational metrics to leadership.
  • Support hiring and onboarding efforts within your departments.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
  • Insurance claim experience (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of project management and construction operations
  • Familiarity with construction software and estimating/budgeting tools
  • Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and drive process improvements
