Job Summary
The Inside Partner Executive is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive sales growth, ensure partner satisfaction, and achieve business targets. This role involves working closely with internal sales teams, providing partners with necessary resources, training, and support to maximize their performance.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular partner check-ins via phone, email, and virtual meetings.
Sales Enablement
  • Support partners in achieving sales targets through training, product demonstrations, and joint sales calls.
  • Share marketing materials, product updates, and promotional campaigns.
  • Assist partners in developing sales strategies and proposals
  • Business Development
  • Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell, and expand partner engagement.
  • Onboard new partners and guide them through the enablement process.
  • Understand the product in detail and provide a quick intro of its features to the users over the call – Meet Daily, Weekly and monthly targets as per company requirements
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting

Skills & Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, partner/channel management, or account management (B2B).
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and act as a key point of contact.
  • Responsible for partner enablement, support, and training to help partners meet sales targets.
  • Works closely with internal teams to coordinate partner needs and resolve escalations.
  • Must be self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, reporting, and organizational skills are essential.
