Inside Phone Sales Representative

As an Inside Phone Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, managing inbound and outbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting consultations into retained clients.


This is a fast-paced, in-office role ideal for someone who is competitive, persuasive, and driven by performance.


The Opportunity

As an Inside Phone Sales Representative, you will:

  • Handle high-intent inbound leads (people actively seeking legal help)
  • Conduct consultations and close retainers over the phone
  • Follow up and convert warm leads into paying clients

This is a high-volume, high-reward, in-office sales environment.


Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 Base & Incentives

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of inside sales/phone sales/call center/intake experience
  • Proven ability to close deals over the phone
  • Strong objection handling and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a structured, KPI-driven office environment
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
