Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pizza Cook to join our culinary team. As a Pizza Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through your culinary expertise and attention to detail.

Duties

• Prepare and cook pizzas according to established recipes and standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen, adhering to health regulations.
• Assist with food preparation for other menu items as needed, including salads, appetizers, and desserts.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and proper storage.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting positively with guests when necessary.
• Handle cash register operations accurately when required.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or kitchen environments is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and managing inventory are required.
• Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills to enhance the dining experience for guests.
