Inside Sales Account Manager (Entry Level - B2B Industrial Sales)

Silvent is seeking motivated and professional Inside Sales Account Managers in Northwest Indiana to support and grow our national customer base. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is serious about developing a B2B sales and account management career.

This is not a high-volume call center role - you will be working directly with business customers, solving real process improvement challenges, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive communication and strategic account management.

What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Manage and develop assigned B2B customer accounts in manufacturing and industrial sectors
  • Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads within the industrial manufacturing sector
  • Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Identify customer needs and recommend technical solutions that improve efficiency and safety
  • Maintain accurate pipeline activity and account notes in CRM

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills (phone, email, and interpersonal)
  • Understanding of manufacturing is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Entry-level base salary: $36,000 + quarterly performance-based bonus
