About Aizo
Aizo is a fast-growing UK supplier in the heating and energy sector, trading as Quality Heating (qualityheating.co.uk). We supply boilers, heat pumps, solar, EV chargers, cylinders, underfloor heating and more — serving installers, developers, housing associations, property managers and contractors across the UK.
We're scaling our inside sales operation and looking for a driven, organised sales professional to join the team immediately. If you're comfortable on the phones, quick to build rapport and want to work in a sector with real momentum — this is the role.
The Role
A hybrid inside sales position based partly from our Wembley office and partly from home. Day-to-day you'll be making outbound calls, following up on leads and quotes, managing customer accounts and keeping the pipeline moving. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our trade customers — and the person who keeps them coming back.
This role suits someone who thrives in a busy sales environment, takes ownership of their workload and genuinely enjoys talking to customers. No field travel required — everything runs over phone, video and email.
Start date: ASAP.
What You'll Be Doing
- Making outbound cold calls to prospects — installers, contractors, developers, housing associations, property managers, architects, etc.
- Following up on quotes, enquiries and warm leads in a timely and professional manner
- Managing an ongoing portfolio of trade accounts — staying close to customers throughout their project lifecycle
- Preparing accurate quotes and proposals based on project requirements and product specifications
- Tracking open opportunities and pipeline activity through the CRM
- Proactively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Collaborating with the wider team on order processing, pricing queries and fulfilment
- Feeding customer and market insights back to the commercial team
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an inside sales, telesales or account management role — ideally in HVAC, heating, renewables, construction or a related trade sector
- Comfortable and confident making cold calls and following up persistently without being pushy
- Good understanding of heating and energy products is a strong advantage — training will be provided for the right candidate
- Organised and detail-oriented — able to juggle multiple live quotes and accounts without letting things slip
- Clear, professional communicator over phone and email
- Self-starter who can manage their own time effectively across office and remote days
- Able to commute to Wembley for in-office days
- UK right to work required
