Inside Sales and Administration Associate - Lind SignSpring Group
Looking for a high-impact role at a growing, fast-paced company? The Inside Sales and Administration Associate is a well-rounded position that supports both sales efforts and day-to-day office operations. In this role, you’ll help drive sales performance while keeping key administrative functions running smoothly, playing a major part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Major Activities:
- Engage in all inbound calls and inquiries to answer questions and assist potential clients
- Maintain correspondence between both current and potential clients
- Maintain reporting and filing of product orders and shipments, as well as other key documentation
- Prepare accurate product quotes based off of the needs and requests of those interested
- Assist in Accounts Payable and Receivable
- Assist with outbound lead generation through both email and call interactions
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent grammatical and correspondence skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of how to engage in lead-generation activities
- Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, leads, and vendors
- Skilled in working independently and with minimal direction
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Outlook, etc.
Education/Certification:
- Minimum of High School Diploma required; degree in sales, administration, or related field preferred
- Current and Valid Driver's License
- Prior sales experience preferred
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- The primary work environment for this position is in an office setting
- The physical demands for this position include light lifting, seeing (with a focus on reading, color distinction, acuity, depth perception, and peripheral vision), sitting, standing, talking, turning, and walking
- Travel time for this role is less than 10% per year
