The Mission

As an Inside Sales Agent, you are the first point of contact and the engine behind our growth.

You will:

• Create opportunities where others don’t
• Be the voice of our brand to homeowners
• Help drive the expansion of GK Realty Group

This role is not support.
This role is production.

What You’ll Do

• Make high-volume outbound calls to expired, FSBO, and inbound leads
• Build real conversations and uncover seller and buyer intent
• Set qualified appointments that turn into closings
• Follow up consistently to capture long-term opportunities
• Track and manage your pipeline in CRM
• Execute proven systems while sharpening your skills daily
