Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. The ISA will be responsible for managing our CRM, handling inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and helping our agents convert prospects into clients. This role is commission-based with hourly pay, offering growth opportunities for highly driven individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update the CRM with accurate lead information and follow-ups.
  • Make outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from potential buyers and sellers.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the agents.
  • Track metrics and analyze data to improve lead conversion strategies.
  • Collaborate with the real estate team to ensure smooth client communication and pipeline management.
  • Maintain professional and consistent communication with all leads.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and follow-up calls.
  • Experience with CRM software is preferred.
  • Passion for real estate and helping clients achieve their goals.

Compensation:

  • $12/hour base pay
  • Commission on closed deals
