Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Real Estate | Consistent & Competitive Base + Bonuses

The Slocum Home Team is one of Rhode Island's most established and fastest-growing real estate teams — and we're looking for our next great ISA.

What You'll Do

  • Work inbound leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, Opcity, and more — respond fast and convert consistently
  • Make 100+ outbound calls per day, along with texts and emails, to generate new conversations
  • Qualify buyers and sellers and set appointments for our sales team
  • Manage and update all lead activity in Follow Up Boss (CRM)
  • Participate in regular coaching, role-play, and skill development sessions

What We're Looking For

  • Strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone — including the hard calls
  • Driven, coachable, and resilient — you don't take rejection personally
  • Organized and able to juggle multiple lead sources without dropping the ball
  • Tech-savvy — CRM experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
  • Prior inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Real estate experience or license is a bonus, not a requirement

Compensation & Benefits

  • Consistent & Competitive salary
  • Quarterly bonuses based on KPI performance
  • $150 per closed transaction (once licensed — bonus available for licensing costs)

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Warwick, RI
  • Schedule developed with the Sales Manager
  • Real estate license not required to start

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
