What You'll Do
- Work inbound leads from Zillow, Realtor.com, Opcity, and more — respond fast and convert consistently
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day, along with texts and emails, to generate new conversations
- Qualify buyers and sellers and set appointments for our sales team
- Manage and update all lead activity in Follow Up Boss (CRM)
- Participate in regular coaching, role-play, and skill development sessions
What We're Looking For
- Strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone — including the hard calls
- Driven, coachable, and resilient — you don't take rejection personally
- Organized and able to juggle multiple lead sources without dropping the ball
- Tech-savvy — CRM experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person
- Prior inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred
- Real estate experience or license is a bonus, not a requirement
Compensation & Benefits
- Consistent & Competitive salary

- Real estate license not required to start

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
