Inside Sales Agent - Real Estate USA

We are hiring high-calibre Inside Sales Experts who understand how U.S. real estate sales actually work — not beginners, not call-centre agents, but professionals who know how to qualify, nurture, and convert motivated sellers.

Position Overview

The Inside Sales Expert (ISA) will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound real estate leads, qualifying motivated sellers, building rapport, and converting opportunities into appointments for U.S.-based acquisition managers.

This is not a basic cold calling role — this is a real estate sales position requiring negotiation skills, market understanding, and pipeline management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound and inbound calls to U.S. homeowners
  • Qualify motivated sellers using real estate sales frameworks
  • Identify seller motivation, property condition, timeline, and pricing expectations
  • Conduct needs analysis and objection handling
  • Build rapport and trust with U.S. homeowners
  • Book high-quality appointments for acquisition managers
  • Maintain accurate notes in CRM
  • Follow up with warm leads and nurture long-term prospects
  • Maintain performance KPIs (talk time, contacts, appointments, conversions)

Mandatory Requirements

Do NOT apply if you do not meet ALL of the following:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in U.S. real estate Inside Sales (Wholesaling, Acquisitions, or ISA)
  • Proven experience working with U.S. real estate investors, brokers, or wholesalers
  • Strong knowledge of:
  • Lead qualification
  • Seller motivation
  • Real estate deal flow
  • Property valuation conversations
  • Excellent spoken English (neutral or near-neutral accent preferred)
  • Experience using CRMs and real estate dialers
  • Comfortable working U.S. time zones
  • Results-driven mindset (you understand quotas, pipelines, and conversions)

Preferred (Strong Advantage)

  • Experience in:
  • Wholesaling
  • Fix & Flip
  • Creative finance (subject-to, seller finance, etc.)
