Inside Sales and Move Manager

We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales & Mover Manager to manage inside sales activities and oversee mover coordination and daily operations. This role focuses on lead conversion, customer communication, scheduling, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate will have strong sales, coordination, and team management skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesInside Sales

• Manage inbound and outbound sales inquiries through phone, email, and CRM systems
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings
• Provide accurate service information, pricing, and quotations to customers
• Maintain and update sales pipelines and customer records
• Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics

Mover & Operations Management

• Coordinate daily schedules and assignments for moving teams
• Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to company standards
• Monitor service quality and address operational or customer issues
• Act as a liaison between customers, movers, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety guidelines

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Support, guide, and monitor performance of sales and operations staff (where applicable)
• Prepare and submit regular sales and operations reports
• Collaborate with management to improve processes and customer experience

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in inside sales, customer service, or operations coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Basic proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

• Experience in logistics, moving services, or service-based industries
• Team handling or supervisory experience
