The Core Objective of This Inside Sales Representative

Convert inquiries into scheduled, committed patients—often on the first call.

Everything you do as an Inside Sales Representative—from the first “hello” to securing the deposit—should move the patient toward a clear decision.

What You’ll Do (Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities)

  • Handle inbound calls, texts, emails, and website inquiries
  • Lead conversations with confidence and direction
  • Build trust quickly and establish authority
  • Clearly explain services, outcomes, and pricing
  • Address objections and hesitation in real time
  • Ask for commitment and secure scheduled evaluations
  • Follow up with warm leads and close pending decisions

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales, medical sales, or high-conversion customer service
  • Strong phone presence and communication skills
  • Comfortable discussing pricing and asking for deposits
  • Organized and able to manage multiple conversations
  • Self-directed and results-driven

Preferred

  • Healthcare or medical sales experience
  • Concierge or cash-based clinic experience
  • CRM or scheduling systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)

  • TRAINING AND ONBOARDING will be a mix of watching pre-recorded office video demonstrations, listening to closing sales calls, using our phone script, learning our website-services, and reading the very well detailed and explanatory training manual. One-On-One training will be with the doctor herself on Fridays from 9am-1pm, because she's treating patients Mondays to Thursdays. This learning style works best for independent people who are good with following the guides and templates provided. How do you feel about that? Have you thrived with this level of support before?
  • VERY IMPORTANT: The office address is 1200 Binz Street, Houston Tx. 77004. How close are you to this address? The office hours are 8:30am -6:00pm M-Thursday and Fridays from 9-1pm. Are you able to commit to this exact schedule on a weekly ongoing basis?
