Inside Sales appointment setter-Home remodeling

Great appointment setters are not just people who answer phones. They are the first person who turns marketing dollars into real sales opportunities.

If you are the kind of inside sales professional who responds fast, books a high percentage of incoming leads, creates clear appointment notes, confirms that the right decision-makers will be present, and consistently sets appointments that actually sit, Evergreen Home Exteriors has an opportunity where that skill set is valued, measured, and rewarded.

This role is for someone who knows how important high-quality appointments are. When our sales reps arrive at a home, they should know exactly what the homeowner wants an estimate on, who will be there, what the project is, and why the homeowner is expecting a real consultation — not just a quick sales pitch.

We are looking for someone who wants more than a basic call center job. This position has strong hourly pay, monthly performance bonuses, and real room for growth into higher-level lead management, inside sales, and sales operations roles as the company continues to grow.

Here, you will be trusted with real responsibility, strong compensation, performance bonuses, and a direct role in helping the company grow. You will also have opportunities for advancement within the department as the company continues to expand.

What you get here:

  • Competitive pay
  • Opportunity for performance bonuses every month
  • 401k with 3% company match
  • Health insurance
  • Warm inbound leads from homeowners already looking for remodeling work
  • No random cold calling
  • A meaningful role tied directly to company success and growth.
  • Growth opportunity inside an established residential remodeling company

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is sharp, competitive, organized, good on the phone, and wants more responsibility than a basic customer service or call center role.
