Inside Sales Associate

We are looking for driven and energetic professionals to join our Inside Sales team. The role involves proactive outreach, lead qualification, and supporting the business development team with a strong sales pipeline.

Location: Gurgaon (HQ) – Hybrid/Remote option for strong candidates

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in tele-sales / inside sales (B2B preferred)

Reporting To: Inside Sales Lead

Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to potential clients (calls, emails, digital) to generate and qualify leads
  • Engage with CFOs, Finance teams, and decision-makers in mid-market corporates
  • Schedule product demos and meetings for the business development team
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure pipeline discipline (Odoo preferred)
  • Prepare and share sales collateral, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Drive lead-to-meeting conversion rates and contribute to overall pipeline growth.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales or tele-sales experience (B2B or financial services preferred)
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills with a target-driven mindset
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Odoo or similar)
  • Persistence, resilience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Quick learner with high energy and ownership.

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in fintech or B2B SaaS sales
  • Understanding of lending / leasing solutions
  • Demonstrated track record in building a qualified sales pipeline
