After training, this is a performance-driven, commission-based role.
Most reps transition off the training base within the first couple weeks.
This role is built for high output. Reps who do not maintain performance typically do not remain in the role.

You are not cold calling.
You are speaking with homeowners who:
- Reached out through our website
- Responded to our advertising across multiple channels
- Or are responding to follow-up on an existing need
These are high-quality, problem-aware leads.
Typical conversations include:
- Water intrusion / leaks
- Rot or siding damage
- Pre-sale or inspection concerns
- Ongoing exterior issues
Your job is to control the conversation, diagnose the situation, and move them to a committed next step.

- Week 1: 11 deals closed (received base)
- Week 2: 20 deals closed
- Week 3: 27 deals closed
- Week 4: 24 deals closed
- Rep 2
- Week 1: 9 deals closed (received base)
- Week 2: 20 deals closed
- Week 3: 35 deals closed
At $75 per deal:
- ~$1,875/week at 25 deals
- ~$7,500/month
- ~$90K+ annually

SCHEDULE

We’re looking for someone who wants to put in the time, stay engaged, and maximize the opportunity.
