The Role
As an Inside Sales Closer, you will handle a high volume of qualified inbound/outbound leads. If you’re used to long, drawn-out sales cycles and "checking in" on prospects, this isn't the job for you. We move fast, we close on the first or second call, and we collect payment on the spot.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the Close: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to collecting payment/credit card information over the phone.
- High-Volume Engagement: Maintain high energy across a large volume of calls, emails, and texts.
- Real-Time Problem Solving: Navigate objections with confidence and provide solutions that lead to a "Yes" today, not next week.
- CRM Mastery: Efficiently document all interactions and manage your pipeline while multitasking on live calls.
- Exceed Targets: Consistently hit and surpass daily/weekly KPIs and revenue goals.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven Phone Sales Background: You must have a track record of closing deals over the phone (including payment processing).
- Short Sales Cycle Expertise: Experience in one-call close environments (e.g., SEO/Digital Marketing, Auto Warranty, Vacation Sales, Insurance, or Admissions).
- Industry Veterans Welcome: We highly value candidates from competitive environments like Apex Media, Townsquare, Broadleaf, Hibu, Simply Listed, APN Tech, Rise Marketing, or Broadly.
- Tenure: We are looking for pros with a demonstrated history of consistency and success (not job hoppers).
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to type quickly, navigate multiple systems, and manage a CRM effectively while speaking with a prospect.
Note on Backgrounds: While we appreciate all sales experience, this role is strictly Inside Sales. We have found that backgrounds in Retail, Gym Memberships, Real Estate, or Door-to-Door sales do not typically translate to our fast-paced phone environment.

- Location: Must be able to commute to Lantana, FL 33460 (In-person only).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (No weekends).
