Inside Sales Closer – Pest Control ($60k–$100k+) | Former D2D Reps Wanted

Atlas Pest Services is looking for a high-performing sales closer to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative.

This role is ideal for someone who has experience selling pest control door-to-door and wants to transition into a full-time inside sales role while continuing to earn strong commissions.

Instead of knocking doors in the heat or long summer hours, you will be closing inbound calls from homeowners who already need pest control.

If you are competitive, driven, and love closing deals, this role lets you earn strong sales income without the grind of door knocking.

Compensation

• Escalating Commission Scale
• Commission on every sale

Top performers typically earn $60,000 – $100,000+ per year.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from homeowners
• Convert service inquiries into pest control customers
• Explain treatment plans and pricing
• Overcome objections and close sales
• Follow up with leads who requested information
• Maintain strong closing performance

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for experienced closers, not entry-level sales.

Ideal candidates have:

• Door-to-door pest control sales experience
• Strong objection handling skills
• Confidence closing over the phone
• High personal drive and competitiveness
• Strong communication skills
• Reliability and professionalism

Candidates with experience in pest control, solar, alarm, roofing, or other door-to-door sales often perform very well in this role.

Schedule

Full-time
Monday – Friday
Occasional Saturdays during peak season

Pay: $6,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
